Ready-made delivery service or urgent DIY kits
Available to customers within a 50km radius of Elsternwick VIC 3185.
Applicable to ready-made terrariums, DIY kits, or any other product within the delivery range.
Same-day dispatch and same-day delivery available.
Regular or express delivery service
Available Australia-wide for all DIY kits and other products (not applicable to ready-made terrariums).
Local pickup
Select the pickup option at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.
While we usually stock a wide range of terrariums at our Elsternwick store, if you're after a specific shape or style, it’s best to order online and select pickup.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, or that we can safely leave the order at your premises to avoid re-delivery fees.

While we’ll always try our best, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or specific delivery times.
Once your order is dispatched from our Elsternwick store, you’ll receive live tracking with an estimated delivery window.
Shipping for DIY Kits & Other Products (Australia-wide)
Our complete DIY kits are available for Australia-wide shipping and are dispatched weekly via courier.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days (may vary during busy periods).
Processing vs Transit Time
Processing time:
Time required to prepare your order (creating, packing, dispatching).
Typically 2–5 days, but may be longer during peak periods.
Transit time:
Time taken by the courier after dispatch.
Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time
How Long Will the Plants Last in the Box?
Plants are carefully packed and can last 5–7 days (or longer) depending on conditions.
We ensure they are well-hydrated and securely packaged for transit.
Once delivered:
• Open the box immediately
• Remove the live plants
• Water lightly once or twice a week (or keep moist)
• Place in a well-lit area away from direct sunlight
The remaining contents can stay in the box until you’re ready to build your terrarium.
Sending as a Gift?
Add your message in the Order Instructions box at checkout.
If you forget, simply contact us via chat or email with your order number.
Outside Delivery Range?
DIY kits are a great alternative and allow you to create your own personalised terrarium.
Each kit includes everything you need — base layers, plants, container, moss, and step-by-step instructions.
Note:
Terrariums are not travel-friendly and cannot be shipped ready-made nationwide.
