Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them (e.g., unused, with no signs of damage or neglect).
  • Items must not have been tipped due to poor handling.
  • Plants must be healthy.
  • You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will not be accepted for items sent back without prior approval.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged or defective items: Return shipping is covered by us.
  • Change of mind or exchanges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 12 hours of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, requests made after this timeframe will not be eligible.


Refunds or Exchanges

  • Refunds are only provided for damaged or defective items.
  • For exchanges due to dissatisfaction or gifting issues, we may offer a replacement for the same value or higher if requested within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Packaging Requirements for Returns

For plant or terrarium returns:

  • Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Damaged returns due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
